LostChurn integrates with payment processors, ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and accounting tools. Connect one or more to start recovering failed payments, sync recovery data with your existing workflows, and keep your financial records accurate.
How Integrations Work
Every integration follows the same general flow:
- Connect by completing an OAuth flow or providing API credentials.
- Configure webhooks and sync settings (most integrations handle this automatically).
- Verify the connection by checking test events in your LostChurn dashboard.
- Activate recovery by enabling retry logic, dunning campaigns, or both.
LostChurn normalizes events from all providers into a unified schema, so your recovery campaigns work consistently regardless of where the payment originated.

Multi-Provider Support
LostChurn supports connecting multiple integrations simultaneously. If your business uses Stripe for credit card payments and GoCardless for direct debit, you can connect both and manage all recovery from a single dashboard. Events from each provider are normalized into a common format so your campaigns work consistently across processors.
Security
All API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted over TLS 1.3. OAuth tokens are stored securely and refreshed automatically. LostChurn never stores full card numbers or CVVs. For details, see Security.
